My Practice is located within the offices of Del Ray Wellness...
 
For three years, Del Ray Wellness has offered progressive holistic services in the area of therapeutic massage, kinesiology, and psychotherapy. With the addition of my practice, the offerings here are expanded to include the benefits of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection, as well as my transformational coaching services.

Del Ray Wellness is located on the second floor of the building housing the Eveningstar Cafe at
the corner of Mount Vernon Avenue and Howell in the trendy Del Ray section of Alexandria.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be able to relax and discuss your sessions in our well appointed space.
My Practice Room...
All sessions are conducted fully dressed on a massage table. This state of the art table is powered and fully height adjustable for easy on and off. The fireplace does not work unfortunately.
